Qualifications

🔧 What You’ll Do:

• Own live break/fix troubleshooting across Wi‑Fi & network environments
• Support AAA services and Linux systems
• Troubleshoot routing/switching (L1–L7), DNS, DHCP, IPv6, packet flows
• Partner with NOC, Ops, and Engineering teams

✅ Must Have:

• Strong networking fundamentals (routing/switching, OSI model)
• 1+ year of automation (Ansible/Python)
• Experience in NOC, ISP, or carrier environments preferred
