Job summary

Dexian is seeking a Wireless Networking Engineer for a 3-4 day hybrid role in Englewood, CO. The role focuses on Wi‑Fi controllers, WAGs, and Cisco/Ruckus devices, with CWNA certification preferred.

You will apply strong Linux skills, routing knowledge (OSPF/BGP), and wireless design expertise to build reliable networks. The job involves designing, documenting, and troubleshooting wireless infrastructures, using Visio and MS Office for diagrams and reports.

Qualifications

• Wi‑Fi knowledge including controllers, WAGs, Cisco, Ruckus; CWNA preferred
• Strong knowledge of wireless networking (OSI model, TCP/IP)
• Familiar with IEEE, ANSI, 802.11 variants, switching, routing, Ethernet, transport tech
• OSPF & BGP experience
• Proficient in Linux for network management
• Experience in wireless network design, architecture, topology
• Strong documentation and diagramming skills
• Knowledge of Visio and MS Office

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize wireless networks across multiple sites
• Document architectures and create network diagrams
• Configure and troubleshoot Wi-Fi controllers, WAGs, and related gear
• Work with IEEE/802.11 standards and routing protocols
• Leverage Linux for network management tasks
• Communicate clearly and collaborate with teams

3-4 Days Hybrid role from Englewood CO (Non Local candidates need to relocate at their own cost)

Pay Range :- $60 – 70/Hour

JOB DESCRIPTION :-

Wi-Fi Knowledge – Wi-Fi Controllers, WAGs, Cisco , Ruckus ( Preferred those certified on these , including CWNA )

• Proficient knowledge of wireless networking (OSI Model – will touch all 7 layers, TCP/IP, etc.).
• Proficient knowledge of related wireless industry specifications and standards: IEEE, ANSI, 802.11 variants (WiFi 5 – 7), switching, Routing, Ethernet, and Transport technologies and protocols
• OSPF & BGP
• Proficient knowledge in Linux – move, add, change, delete, modify
• Proficient knowledge in wireless network design, wireless network architecture, protocols, and wireless network topology.
• Strong documentation and diagramming skills
• Proficient knowledge of basic wireless network devices and basic wireless network appliances.
• Proficient knowledge of wireless network design software, such as Visio, and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Needs strong social skills and soft skills. A true go-getter who wants to solve problems
