Job summary

Amentum is seeking a WIDS Specialist Level III to lead Bastille WIDS operations for the Skywalker program in a DoD/IC-compliant environment. This role requires strong leadership of geographically dispersed teams and expertise in wireless threat detection.

The position involves administering Bastille WIDS, guiding Monitoring & Response activities, and ensuring operational readiness while maintaining compliance with DoD/IC directives. A TS/SCI w/ Poly clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of the Bastille WIDS platform and wireless intrusion detection operations.
• Comprehensive understanding of wireless protocols, RF theory, and wireless threat detection.
• Experience conducting M&R activities and wireless incident analysis.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Bastille WIDS platform in support of enterprise operations.
• Lead M&R activities to identify, investigate, and respond to wireless threats.
• Analyze RF activity and unauthorized wireless signals.
• Utilize wireless monitoring and direction-finding equipment to identify, locate, and report unauthorized devices.
• Develop and maintain WIDS operating procedures, reporting templates, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with Government stakeholders and engineering teams to resolve wireless security incidents.
• Supervise and mentor WIDS personnel, including geographically dispersed teams.
• Ensure WIDS operations comply with applicable DoD and IC policies and procedures.
• Support system deployments, operational readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives.
