Job summary

ARC Document Solutions, Inc. is seeking a skilled Large Format Print Operator to join our team in a production role focused on color reprographics. You will manage orders for wide format printing, work with Canon Arizona/Colorado and Vutek printers, process PDFs, and ensure high-quality output from start to finish.

The position emphasizes handling multiple tasks, maintaining schedules, and delivering excellent customer service while supporting other departments as needed.

Qualifications

• AA degree or advanced training in graphics
• 2+ years' experience in color reprographics with graphic applications
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft products
• Experience with Canon Arizona and Canon Colorado printers
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and prioritize orders for wide format printers, including color print services.
• This role will also have an opportunity between various tasks.
• Study production schedule and estimate hour requirements for job assignments.
• Process PDF and graphics files using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Troubleshoot and address problems during job submission or printing process.
• Inspect finished work for quality assurance and make adjustments as necessary.
• Provide excellent customer service to maintain client satisfaction.
• Maintain equipment and perform minor maintenance functions as needed.
• Assist in other departments as required, including customer service and packaging for shipment.
