Repro Graphix, Inc. is seeking a Wide-Format Print Production Specialist to lead hands-on production of environmental graphics using roll-to-roll and flatbed printers, CNC cutters, and finishing equipment.

You will ensure high-quality output and efficient file-to-finished-product workflow in a fast-paced shop. The role emphasizes operating equipment, managing print quality, color accuracy, and collaboration to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with wide-format digital printing.
• Experience with CNC equipment.
• Solid finishing experience (mounting, laminating, cutting, weeding, grommeting, hemming, etc.).
• Knowledge of Pantone color libraries, CMYK, and RGB color spaces.

Responsibilities

• Operate wide and grand-format print equipment, including roll-to-roll and flatbed printers.
• Utilize CNC equipment.
• Perform finishing processes such as mounting, laminating, trimming, weeding, grommeting, and hemming.
• Prepare files for production (prepress, preflight, RIP setup, cut files, layout).
• Monitor color accuracy and consistency across media and devices.
• Plan layouts and material usage to maximize yield and minimize waste.
• Collaborate with team to meet production deadlines and assist with light project coordination.
