Job summary

ARC Document Solutions, Inc. is seeking a skilled Large Format Print Operator with experience in color reprographics.

You will work with large format printers, including Canon Arizona, Canon Colorado, and the Vutek, to process color print work from orders and manage production to ensure top quality output. The role focuses on receiving orders, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining output quality while providing excellent customer service and assisting in other departments as needed.

Qualifications

• AA degree or advanced technical training in the graphics field.
• 2+ years' experience in color reprographics.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft products.
• Experience with Canon Arizona and Canon Colorado printers is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and prioritize orders for wide format printers, including color print services.
• This role will also have an opportunity between various tasks.
• Study production schedule and estimate hour requirements for job assignments.
• Process PDF and graphics files using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Troubleshoot and address problems during job submission or printing process.
• Inspect finished work for quality assurance and make adjustments as necessary.
• Provide excellent customer service to maintain client satisfaction.
• Maintain equipment and perform minor maintenance functions as needed.
• Assist in other departments as required, including customer service and packaging for shipment.
