Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, private equity, venture capital, growth equity, or a related field
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical capabilities
• Experience evaluating M&A transactions, investments, or strategic opportunities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Interest in technology, semiconductors, infrastructure, and innovation-driven businesses
• Exposure to semiconductors, technology infrastructure, industrial technology, or advanced manufacturing is preferred
• Engineering, Applied Physics, Computer Science, or other technical degree is a plus
• Willingness to relocate to Wichita, KS and travel as needed for investments and portfolio support

Responsibilities

• Evaluate new investment opportunities through financial modeling, valuation analysis, and commercial due diligence
• Conduct industry, market, and competitive research across emerging technology sectors
• Support transaction execution, investment underwriting, and deal screening efforts
• Prepare investment memoranda and presentations for senior leadership
• Partner with portfolio companies on strategic and operational initiatives
• Assist with special projects that support the firm's broader investment objectives
