You will source opportunities, develop theses, lead diligence, and support transactions from origination through closing, helping to drive growth and value creation across a technology portfolio.

Qualifications

• 4–10+ years of experience in private equity, growth equity, venture capital, corporate development, or related investing roles.
• Strong interest in software and technology-enabled businesses.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with management teams.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with willingness to take ownership in fast-paced environments.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and investment underwriting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate software investment opportunities through proactive outreach, market mapping, and relationships.
• Develop investment theses and identify attractive verticals, sub-sectors, and targets.
• Lead diligence efforts and support transactions from origination through closing.
• Coordinate external advisors and manage diligence workstreams throughout the investment process.
• Partner with portfolio company leadership on growth initiatives and M&A opportunities.
• Help improve sourcing infrastructure and processes as the organization scales.
