Job summary

Koch Disruptive Technologies (KDT) seeks an Investment Associate to join our team in Wichita, KS. The role supports underwriting, due diligence, and execution for equity investments in high-potential semiconductor and infrastructure themes.

As part of the venture capital and growth equity arm of Koch, you will build financial models, analyze performance, and prepare presentations for senior leaders. Travel up to 20% is required, and experience in investments or corporate development is valued.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience building financial models and analyzing company financial performance.
• Experience in corporate business development, mergers & acquisitions, or related investments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to stakeholders.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models to assess performance, valuation, returns and growth scenarios.
• Support strategic projects and analyses that advance investment priorities.
• Contribute to underwriting, financial modeling, and due diligence for potential equity investments.
• Prepare presentations on transactions and investments for senior management.
• Perform industry and competitive analyses related to potential investments and markets of interest.
• Collaborate with portfolio companies to enhance performance alongside Koch Labs capabilities.
• Engage with industry-leading entrepreneurs and Koch executives.
