Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of customer service experience or equivalent.
• Experience with WIC intake processes and related systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets and assists WIC clients and visitors professionally.
• Provides information on WIC services, hours, eligibility, and requirements.
• Receives, screens, and directs calls; responds to client questions.
• Maintains accuracy and confidentiality of client records.
