Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets and assists WIC clients in a professional, courteous manner.
• Provides information regarding WIC services, clinic hours, appointments, eligibility processes, and program requirements.
• Screens and directs telephone calls; responds to client questions and requests.
• Maintains client records and supports clinic flow; ensures confidentiality and accuracy.
• Coordinates with WIC Office Supervisor and staff to maintain clinic operations and workflow.
