Job summary

Arizona Department of Health Services seeks a Program Integrity Specialist to perform WIC/CSFP evaluations, investigate complaints, and ensure compliance with federal and state policies across 21 local agencies and 145,000 participants.

You will analyze data, mentor staff, and collaborate with peers to improve participant services and program integrity. Strong communication and project management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Nutrition or related field with 3 years’ experience in federal nutrition programs such as WIC.
• Direct experience in an Arizona WIC clinic and fluency in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct biannual WIC/CSFP management evaluations and QA sites per Federal/state policies.
• Research complaints and create investigative cases with thorough documentation.
• Identify high-risk participants/vendors and prepare recommendations for investigations or audits.
