Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Keeps front desk organized and professional.
• Provides excellent customer service in person or by phone.
• Ensures compliance with organizational standards and policies.
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment and adheres to infection control protocols.
• Manages patient confidentiality and secure handling of information.
• Screens for WIC eligibility and explains procedures to participants.
• Schedules participant appointments and maintains documentation in the database.
• Generates reports and participates in community outreach.
