Qualifications

• Blood work training provided by WIC.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record as required by SJH policy.

Responsibilities

• Perform intake screenings to determine program eligibility.
• Enter all data into the WIC WOW system accurately.
• Pin and issue eWIC cards.
• Conduct anthropometric and hematological screenings.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and respond to inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Maintain all records and documentation per State WIC Regulations.
