• Verify demographic data and program requirements for accuracy and confidentiality.
• Provide exceptional internal and external customer service and ensure policy compliance.
• Assist in recruitment, hiring, and performance evaluations; coordinate training.
• Lead staff to foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
• Participate in performance improvements and support clinical objectives.
