Job summary

Amazon is seeking a dedicated Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) Manager to drive safety excellence across our operations in the PA region. You will lead our global WHS program implementation, conduct risk assessments, analyze safety data, and collaborate with Operations leadership to embed safety into daily operations.

The role requires 50–70% travel, a strong emphasis on safety compliance, audits, and incident trend analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in people and performance management, or 2+ years of Amazon Safety experience
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in WHS and/or environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations

Responsibilities

• Lead the Global WHS Program implementation and act as site safety champion.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and analyze safety data to drive improvements.
• Manage the first aid program and emergency response capabilities at the site.
