Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) Manager to lead safety initiatives across sites in Arizona, driving the Global WHS Program and partnering with Operations leadership. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in WHS and/or environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations.
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in people and performance management, or 2+ years of Amazon Safety (blue badge/FTE) experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Global WHS Program implementation and act as safety champion.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and analyze safety data to drive improvements.
• Manage first aid program and emergency response capabilities at sites.
• Partner with Operations leadership to integrate safety into daily operations and culture.
