Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC seeks a Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) Manager to champion safety across our Kent, WA operations. You’ll lead our Global WHS Program implementation, blending hands-on safety with strategic planning to protect associates and sustain productivity.

You will conduct risk assessments, analyze incident trends, drive audits, and oversee first aid and emergency response capabilities. Strong leadership and data-driven communication are essential to influence operations leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years Amazon experience in WHS, manufacturing, production, or service operations.
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in WHS and/or environmental programs.
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in people and performance management (or Amazon Safety experience).

Responsibilities

• Lead site safety champion and Global WHS Program implementation.
• Conduct risk assessments and incident trend analysis to identify improvements.
• Perform site audits and manage the first aid program and emergency response capabilities.
• Collaborate with Operations leadership to drive safety initiatives and culture.
• Influence safety compliance and drive data-based decisions to protect associates.
