Qualifications

• Experience in wholesale apparel or showroom preferred.
• Familiarity with NuORDER is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Keep the showroom clean, organized, and beautifully presented.
• Refresh and prepare the showroom before buyer appointments.
• Maintain sample logs and track samples sent out and returned.
• Organize samples on order bars and keep them current.
• Prepare order recaps with product photos and purchase order recaps.
• Update and maintain information in NuORDER.
• Assist with selling and buyer appointments.
• Coordinate lunches for appointments and meetings.
• Keep cabinets, drawers, and supplies organized; monitor supplies and replenish as needed.
• Help with other day-to-day showroom needs.
