Job summary

24 Seven Talent is seeking a driven Buying Assistant to support the buying team with data analysis, reporting, and administrative tasks. You will assist with order tracking, ERP data entry, and cross-functional collaboration to inform inventory decisions.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in fashion wholesale buying or merchandising, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication abilities to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, SUMIF, and VLOOKUP.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and assess internal and external data for analysis.
• Pull reports, including sell-through, inventory management, open PO, and sales history.
• Research, organize, and tag product information.
• Issue, review, and manage purchase orders and supplier order confirmations.
• Maintain PO details in the ERP system (cost, style codes, shipping windows, images, product descriptions).
• Partner cross-functionally with logistics to track product deliveries.
• Conduct competitive research on pricing, MSRP, imagery, and product information.
• Provide admin support to sales and buying teams as needed.
