Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of wholesale apparel experience or related sales support roles.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with ERP or PLM systems such as AS400 or OneWorldSync preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Process bulking orders and prepare order recaps for buyers.
• Maintain buysheets and coordinate with planning, production and merchandising teams to confirm.
• Enter and revise orders with cost, delivery dates, quantities, account details, and PO splits.
• Send purchase orders to Order Entry and track to ensure accurate processing.
• Review Orders Entered reports to confirm accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with production and overseas teams to resolve issues affecting order delivery.
