Qualifications

• 2+ years as Sales Assistant in apparel or manufacturing.
• Professional, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Experience servicing major retailers (e.g., TJ Maxx, Marshalls, HomeGoods, At Home, Ross, Burlington).
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills with focus on Excel; Airtable a plus.
• Highly organized, multitask, and able to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communicator and team player.
• Maintain accurate customer files, reports, and sales documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist head of sales with daily operations and admin tasks.
• Communicate with buyers, follow up on inquiries, order details, and extensions.
• Manage and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
• Utilize advanced Excel to run and provide internal and buyer reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure order processing and fulfillment.
• Maintain a neat, welcoming showroom for appointments.
• Organize showroom product daily to reflect current inventory.
• Report status updates on ongoing projects and tasks.
• Coordinate with production on showroom samples receipt.
• Prepare customer presentations, line sheets, pricing, and sales materials.
• Communicate with merchandising, production, sourcing, and overseas teams as needed.
