As aMerchandising Lead, you will drive the growth and profitability of our new businesses while maintaining a laser focus on the customer experience. This entails spearheading the success and expansion of various new business ventures, including Beauty brands, an e-commerce platform in Saudi Arabia (and other Countries), a Wholesale business, support for Amazon, expansion into new marketplaces (Shein, Macy’s, Walmart), International expansion of our D2C Business, and future endeavors. Achieving this mission involves strategically managing assortment, pricing strategies, inventory, support demand planning strategies and analysis, and sales planning and tracking. Success hinges on strategic thinking, analytical prowess, and adaptability to evolving market conditions, ensuring that the company thrives in both established and emerging markets.
