Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in Wholesale Planning, Merchandise Planning, Financial Planning, or related retail planning disciplines.
• Proven success leading planning strategies for large-scale, multi-category wholesale businesses.
• Expertise in forecasting, inventory management, replenishment, and financial planning.

Responsibilities

• Own the Wholesale Planning strategy across North America, aligning sales, inventory, and profitability goals with long-term business objectives.
• Lead annual operating plans, forecasts, and investment strategies to drive sustainable growth and inventory productivity.
• Partner with executive leadership to establish financial targets, business priorities, and growth initiatives.
• Serve as the strategic planning partner to Wholesale Sales leadership and key wholesale accounts to maximize revenue and margin.
• Lead item-level forecasting, replenishment, allocation, and inventory flow strategies to support demand while maintaining healthy inventory levels.
