ToryBurch is seeking a Sr. Director, Wholesale Planning for North America to lead the planning strategy across the wholesale channel, aligning sales, inventory, and profitability with long-term objectives.

You will partner with Sales, Merchandising, Finance, Supply Chain, and Executive leadership to optimize inventory, drive growth, and strengthen profitability, while building a high-performing planning organization and shaping enterprise planning decisions.

Qualifications

• Proven success leading planning strategies for large-scale wholesale businesses.
• Expertise in forecasting, inventory management, replenishment, and financial planning.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills with data-driven decision making.

Responsabilités

• Own the Wholesale Planning strategy across North America, aligning sales, inventory, and profitability goals with long-term business objectives.
• Lead item-level forecasting, replenishment, allocation, and inventory flow strategies to support demand while maintaining healthy inventory levels.
• Partner closely with Wholesale Sales leadership and key accounts to develop growth strategies that maximize revenue, margin, and market share.
• Build and develop a high-performing planning organization through coaching, succession planning, and talent development.
