Job Description:

The Client Implementation Specialist IV supports complex client implementation efforts for wholesale solutions, ensuring a seamless client experience and contributing to revenue growth. The role involves applying banking and communication skills, collaborating with internal teams and clients, and managing implementation activities to ensure timely and successful completion.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Implement mid- to large-sized client services and projects.
• Lead and coordinate communication with internal teams and clients.
• Utilize business acumen to resolve issues, meet deadlines, and mitigate risks.
• Maintain visibility of implementation status and document interactions accurately.
• Negotiate and coordinate across departments proactively.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and agreements.
• Build strong partnerships with stakeholders and communicate issues or risks.
• Employ judgment in solving complex problems and develop tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with senior staff on complex issues and escalate concerns when necessary.
• Provide subject matter expertise and support to teams, including training junior colleagues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Seven or more years in Wholesale Payments, bank operations, or related fields.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage relationships and negotiate effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in MS Office tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degrees in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, or related fields.
• Extensive knowledge of Wholesale Payments solutions.
• Proficiency in Salesforce.
