Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Wholesale Product Specialist for Store #703527 in Cedar Rapids, IA. This full-time role focuses on helping commercial paint customers select the right solutions while maintaining product quality and store visuals.

You will support sales goals, assist customers in person and by phone, and help with tinting/mixing, stocking, and deliveries as needed. Location is on-site with standard retail hours.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work without visa sponsorship.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• For internal Sherwin-Williams candidates, must meet expectations rating.
• Must complete HR Cloud eLearning courses.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies.
• Follow and achieve sales goals monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
• Maintain precise work orders and formulæ.
• Pull products from floor or warehouse.
• Tint and mix products to customer specs.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Clean store equipment.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist with deliveries as needed.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable areas and discuss options.
• Comply with inventory control procedures and suggest improvements.
