Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Wholesale Product Specialist to serve customers in-store and by phone, determine needs, and present the right products. You will process transactions, manage files, and tint/mix items per specs while keeping equipment clean.

You may assist with deliveries and stay informed on product features to drive sales. Experience in paint retail and bilingual ability are a plus; a valid Florida driver's license is required for this on-site role at Store #7645 in Panama City,

Qualifications

Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
Must have legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
Willing to work evenings and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products.
Process sales transactions accurately following store policies.
Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
Tint and mix products according to customer specifications.
Clean store equipment and assist in deliveries when needed.
Stay knowledgeable about products and discuss options with customers.
Suggest ways to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
