Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is hiring a Wholesale Product Specialist in Texas to assist paint customers, answer product questions, and recommend solutions. You will ensure high customer satisfaction, meet store sales goals, and stay up-to-date with product features.

Role includes in-store and phone support, with delivery assistance as needed. Ideal candidates will have strong customer service, retail sales experience, and bilingual abilities (Spanish preferred).

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old (minimum) and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to read, write, comprehend and communicate in more than one language (English plus Spanish or other).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and sales support in-store and over the phone.
• Assist customers by identifying needs and recommending suitable products and services.
• Build productive trust with wholesale customers and maintain positive relationships.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable conditions in assigned areas; stock shelves and set up displays.
• Tint and mix products as needed to meet customer specifications.
• Assist with deliveries and loading/unloading from delivery trucks.
• Remain knowledgeable about products offered and discuss available options with customers.
• Adhere to inventory control procedures and ensure accurate work orders.
