Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Wholesale Product Specialist to assist customers in person and by phone, identify needs, and recommend solutions. You will help meet store sales goals while upholding quality and visual standards.

Based at Store #2391 in North Charleston, SC, the role requires lifting up to 70 lbs, a valid driver’s license, and flexibility for evenings/weekends. Prior paint sales or tinting experience is a plus, especially for bilingual candidates.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistent with policies and procedures
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas
• Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications
• Clean store equipment
• Assist in making deliveries, as needed
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
• Suggest ways to improve sales
