Job summary

Ideal candidates have at least a High School diploma or GED, can lift up to 70 lbs, are willing to work evenings/weekends, and may need Spanish language ability. Driver's license preferred; prior retail or delivery experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams employees must have a meets expectations rating and completed HR Cloud eLearning courses.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies.
• Follow and achieve sales goals monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas; pull products from floor or warehouse.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications; stock shelves and set up displays.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist in deliveries as needed.
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
