Job summary

Scentbird is seeking an Account Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day wholesale processes, including transfer orders, logistics coordination, and production communication. This in-office role acts as the connective tissue between operations, logistics, and production.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, communicates clearly across teams, and can anticipate issues before they arise. 1–2 years in operations or logistics is preferred, with strong Excel skills and a proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, or a related field (internships acceptable).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Clear, proactive communicator across teams and able to flag issues early.

Responsibilities

• Enter and manage transfer orders accurately and on time across wholesale accounts.
• Coordinate with logistics to ensure documentation, labels, and information for shipments.
• Communicate production requirements and timelines to the production team.
• Support item setup processes for new SKUs across retail platforms.
• Flag order discrepancies, delays, or compliance issues to the Account Operations Manager.
• Assist with data pulls and organization to support monthly KPI reporting.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and account correspondence.
• Execute day-to-day workflows using the tools and processes maintained by the Account Operations Manager.
