Job summary

Delta Electronics Americas seeks a Junior Sales Operations Specialist to support Account Managers and Sales teams with inquiries, order processing, shipment tracking, and issue resolution.

You will coordinate activities in CRM/ERP, assist in quotations and reports, track inventory, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth order flow and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Customer Support, or related functions.
• ODM/OEM industry experience strongly preferred.
• Good understanding of business operations, order flow, and sales processes.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems
• Proactive attitude with strong ownership, attention to detail, and team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities
