Job summary

Ana Luisa is seeking a Wholesale Coordinator to join our Wholesale Team. You will own order accuracy, showroom logistics, product data, and market preparation for our retail partners, traveling to 6-8 trade shows per year.

You’ll work with the VP of Wholesale, Sales, and Production to keep wholesale operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in wholesale or order management, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work EST time.

Qualifications

• 3 years in wholesale, retail operations, or order management, ideally in jewelry, accessories, or fashion.
• Strong observational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Google Suite, CRM systems, Project Management tools, and B2B ordering platforms.
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to trade shows and markets.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main POC for Independent retailers and Sales Agency Reps
• Manage inbound inquiries from retailers and reps, including B2B and B2B2C returns
• Communicate with them proactively on upcoming promos, new or updated Collections, NGF items, etc.
• Pass off CRM and external leads to agency reps and VP of Sales, and follow up monthly
