Averra Financial, Inc. is hiring Wholesale Mortgage Sales Executives for our Plano office. This fast-moving, phone-forward role focuses on opening and growing partner relationships with broker and loan-officer accounts.

You start in business development and can move to Account Executive in 6 to 9 months based on performance. A consumer-direct mortgage background helps, with strong dialing, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Must be an experienced mortgage professional with strong phone skills.
• Organized, responsive, and coachable with a focus on follow-through.
• Ability to build broker/loan-officer relationships and open new partnerships.

Responsabilités

• Call assigned broker and loan-officer accounts, including new, inactive, and reactivated partners.
• Build partner trust through speed, communication, product knowledge, and follow-through.
• Help partners with loan scenarios, product fit, guidelines, and next steps.
• Generate submissions and move loans toward lock and funding with internal teams.
• Use phone, CRM, email, text, and Averra Financial tools to drive productive conversations.
• Learn the Averra Financial model through hands-on training and coaching.
