This officer-level position requires outstanding communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to travel locally up to 75% and occasionally out of state. Monday–Friday with possible after-hours events.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in mortgage sales or related area.
• Ability to tailor messages to external and internal audiences effectively.
• Clear written communication across emails, letters and reports.

• Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative approach with internal partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain long-term mortgage broker partnerships and drive growth.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through sales, marketing and referrals.
• Supervise sales support staff and conduct performance evaluations.
• Deliver tracking reports to senior management with data-driven insights.
• Coordinate travel to broker locations and attend broker events/ functions.
• Educate brokers on loan packages, underwriting processes, loan programs and compliance requirements.
• Communicate program changes to brokers via email, calls, and in-person visits.
