Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain long-term partnerships with mortgage brokers, ensuring communication and collaboration to drive growth.
• Identify and expand new business opportunities through sales initiatives and referral networks.
• Coordinate broker review and new broker presentation processes.
• Educate brokers on loan packages, underwriting, and compliance requirements.
• Travel up to 75% locally, attend broker functions and events.
• Supervise sales support staff; conduct evaluations and coaching; report to management.
