Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s/associate degree preferred.
• Minimum two years of experience in the field or related area.
• Professional speaking with external and internal contacts.
• Strong written communication and grammar.
• Maintain professional demeanor and relationships with internal partners.

Responsabilités

• Manage and maintain long-term partnerships with mortgage brokers.
• Identify, cultivate, and expand new business opportunities.
• Educate brokers on loan package submission procedures and underwriting.
• Update brokers on changes to bank programs and compliance requirements.
• Supervise sales support staff and conduct evaluations.
• Develop tracking reports for senior management.
