Job summary

LendSure Mortgage Corp. seeks an Account Executive to drive growth by developing new accounts and maintaining loan production from active clients.

You will meet sales goals, build strategic plans, qualify opportunities, and manage a robust pipeline with the team. The role requires at least 1 year in new business sales (mortgage experience preferred; 2 years mortgage experience), strong communication, and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• At least 1 year of proven experience generating new business sales, preferably B2B.
• Mortgage experience preferred; must have 2 years mortgage experience.

Responsibilities

• Drives maximum growth by developing prospective accounts and maintaining loan production from active accounts.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
• Develop detailed strategic sales plans to grow business within assigned accounts or territory.
• Identify and qualify opportunities, develop a pipeline, and manage the pipeline with the account team; follow up on leads and close.
• Provide accurate forecasts and market intelligence to management and the account team.
• Articulate LendSure Programs, differentiators, and value proposition to customers.
• Collaborate with other sales team members to secure new business and contribute to Marketing plans.
• Other duties as assigned.
