Job summary
Paramount Residential Mortgage Group Inc. (PRMG Inc.) is seeking an Outside Business Development Specialist to grow branch activity by developing connections with prospective consumers and generating qualified residential mortgage leads.
This non-licensed role focuses on outreach, referrals, and building a robust pipeline, while coordinating introductions to licensed Mortgage Loan Originators and supporting Real Estate Partner Program (REP) initiatives.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in consumer sales or lead generation.
- Mortgage marketing or real estate experience preferred.
- Knowledge of mortgage processes and referral development.
Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate relationships with consumers for mortgage leads.
- Generate mortgage leads through outbound outreach and referrals.
- Coordinate introductions between prospective borrowers and licensed Mortgage Loan Originators.
- Maintain pipeline and track activity in CRM and other systems.
- Support branch production goals by maintaining a steady pipeline of opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with non-licensed role limitations.
