Z Loans is seeking an experienced Wholesale Account Manager to join our remote team. This role thrives in a fast-paced mortgage environment, building broker relationships and ensuring compliance with lending guidelines.

Responsibilities include managing a 50+ loan pipeline, serving as the primary broker contact, and coordinating with internal teams to drive processing from application to closing. Remote, independent work is expected with strong communication skills.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in mortgage loan processing and wholesale account management.
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume pipeline of 60+ loans.
• Strong understanding of agency and government lending guidelines.
• Experience with MeridianLink Mortgage (LendingQB) is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
