Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Services-Wholesale Lending is seeking a Wholesale Sales Manager to lead Account Executives and broker relationships within a defined lending region. You will drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals while mentoring staff and promoting Carrington loan programs, including Non-Agency/Non-QM, Government, and Conventional options.

You will manage the sales region, forecast production, and ensure timely, compliant processing.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated sales management skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA, conventional, and non-agency/Non-QM products.
• Strong understanding of lending regulations and mortgage processes.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals.
• Mentor, coach and develop Account Executives.
• Maintain broker relationships and onboard new brokers.
• Oversee loan submissions and CRM activity.
• Ensure compliance with lending regulations and policies.
• Collaborate with operations for smooth file flow.
• Prepare regional forecasts and reports for management.
• Represent Carrington at trade shows and industry events.
