Gallagher is seeking a results-oriented professional in San Diego to grow wholesale insurance sales by developing Retail Agent and Carrier Underwriter relationships. You will analyze submissions, secure competitive coverage, and expand our book of business.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business through networking with Retail Agents and Carrier Underwriters.
• Market and sell wholesale insurance solutions to achieve production goals.
• Build strong relationships with Specialty Carriers for competitive pricing and coverage.
• Pre-qualify submissions and focus on high-probability opportunities.
• Analyze submissions and determine best Carrier, coverage, and premium.
• Gather client risk information and identify exposures for quoting.
• Stay ahead of industry trends impacting underwriting guidelines and premiums.
• Educate partners on RPS’s range of risk solutions; lead teams when needed.
• Travel to engage with clients as required.
