Job summary

Vineyard Vines is seeking a Wholesale Operations Analyst to support the wholesale organization, interface with customers, and empower account executives to drive sales. You will manage EDI sales orders, monitor releases, and ensure accurate pricing and style details before order release.

Qualifications

Knowledge of the retail industry; wholesale experience is preferred.
Experience with reporting systems (Blue Cherry, Cognos, Centric, NuOrder) is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office; Excel required; Google Sheets and Power BI knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage wholesale EDI sales orders to maximize monthly sales.
Project weekly and long-term sales output using order status and invoicing.
Analyze changes to weekly projections and inform stakeholders.
Correct actions against identified business risks in relation to Sales Orders.
Understand customer requirements and distribution center processes.
Verify open order details for accuracy before release.
Investigate root causes and guide scalable solutions.
Support Wholesale Sales team with order entry, returns, and customer service inquiries.
Compile inventory transfer requests across omni-channel business.
Assist Ops Manager with system inquiries and report building.
Audit customer chargebacks and root-cause analysis.
