Responsibilities

• Assists with training new Support Associates.
• Helps foster a welcoming, fun, encouraging and energetic crew and customer environment.
• Helps in recruiting and referring top talent for the store’s teams.
• Supports store and team-building activities with the management team.
• Maintains efficient merchandise controls and stockrooms.
• Ensures merchandise replenishment and proper transfers in MMS.
• Reports supply ordering needs to Operations Manager or Captain.
• Fulfills shipping and receiving records per policy.
