Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking a Wholesale Fashion Sales Assistant to support sales, merchandising, and administration for men's brands at Saks and Neiman Marcus. You will work closely with senior sales executives to coordinate seasonal business, maintain account relationships, and ensure smooth wholesale operations.

The role involves order processing, showroom setup, market preparation, and generating weekly selling reports, with Moslture proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in wholesale fashion or related non-retail fashion environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; proactive in follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing support to the Account Executive with daily sales activities and customer service initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with buyers and assistants at key retail accounts.
• Process orders including entry, POs, and EDI transactions.
• Communicate deadlines, order updates, and time-sensitive matters with retail partners.
• Photograph merchandise for sales appointments, line sheets, and samples.
