Markent Personnel, Inc. is seeking a Wholesale Fashion Sales Assistant to support sales, merchandising, and administrative operations for men’s brands sold through Saks and Neiman Marcus.

This role collaborates with senior sales executives to coordinate seasonal business and maintain key account relationships. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in wholesale fashion, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifikationen

• 1–2 years of experience in wholesale fashion or related non-retail fashion environment.
• Excellent organizational skills with proactive follow-up and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to manage multiple priorities.

Aufgaben

• Provide ongoing support to the Account Executive with daily sales activities and customer service initiatives.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with buyers and assistant buyers at key retail accounts.
• Process orders accurately and efficiently, including order entry, purchase orders, and EDI transactions.
• Communicate with retail partners regarding deadlines, order updates, and time-sensitive matters.
• Photograph merchandise for showrooms, line sheets, and sample shipments.
• Organize showroom samples and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Assist with showroom market prep: organization, presentation, and setup for visits.
• Attend showroom meetings and document key points and follow-up items.
• Coordinate preparation, shipment, and tracking of market materials and samples.
• Create/update Excel sheets to monitor purchases, sales, and inventory.
• Assist with basic sales reporting and retail analysis.
