The role oversees Account Executives and support staff to expand market share and broker relationships while executing company growth initiatives.

Ideal candidates have a proven track record of scaling sales organizations and deep knowledge of mortgage lending compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build and scale sales organizations.
• Ability to work across organizational boundaries and with brokers.
• Strong knowledge of TILA, RESPA, HMDA and related lending laws.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales strategy aligned with production and profitability targets.
• Drive market share expansion through broker acquisition, activation, and retention efforts.
• Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing Account Executives in the region.
• Elevate brand position through conferences and regional events.
• Collaborate with Operations, Underwriting, Capital Markets, Marketing, and Secondary.
