Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional sales strategy aligned with production targets.
• Grow market share through broker acquisition and retention.
• Recruit, develop, and retain high‑performing Account Executives.
• Educate and train lending partners on Company products.
• Maintain relationships with mortgage brokers to generate referrals.
