Job summary

APPARATUS, a New York-based designer and manufacturer, seeks a sales support professional to manage wholesale orders, coordinate with production, and maintain strong client relationships. You will process orders, handle billing inquiries, and support the Sales team with materials and CRM updates.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in a wholesale or trade environment, with excellent communication and organizational skills. In-person work at the New York studio is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years in sales support, order administration, or account management, ideally within wholesale/trade.
• Experience processing orders, invoices, and payments in a fast-paced, detail-oriented setting.
• Proven ability to operate in a high-paced environment that values consistency and efficiency.
• Experience in a design-driven business with teamwork to execute a common vision.

Responsibilities

• Primary day-to-day contact for all Wholesale partners.
• Process incoming wholesale orders with accurate specs, pricing, and terms.
• Monitor order status through payment and fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate order records in Salesforce from entry to delivery.
• Coordinate with production and shipping for timelines and client updates.
• Route sales opportunities to the appropriate Sales team member.
• Prepare sales materials and documentation for client and trade meetings.
• Ensure client communication is timely and aligned with APPARATUS standards.
• Uphold client experience and visual standards within the gallery.
• Support gallery events and client engagement initiatives.
• Ensure headquarters policies and procedures are implemented and followed.
